I think it will be a year or two before masks disappear in Japan.
I think it will be a year or two before masks are eliminated in Japan, because conspiracy theorists like the Sangyo-kyokai have been formed. I recently heard a man say, "I want to take off the mask, but if I do, I'm just like a cult.
Recently I went to Nikko, sunrise, and apologized and forgot to put on my mask. I was a bit taken back by the other tourists.

No matter how many events I do to remove the mask, I think it will be another year or two before it is gone.

I personally would like to take my mask off. ....
